Earlier in her career, she was a Teaching Assistant in the Department of Romance Languages at West University of Timisoara from 2008 to 2010, and a Language Trainer at Active Learning Language Center from 2008 to 2009.

Viviana holds an MSc in Development and International Relations from Aalborg University, where she studied from 2010 to 2012. She also has an MA in Intercultural Communication from West University of Timisoara, completed between 2008 and 2010. Additionally, she has a BA in English and Spanish Philology from West University of Timisoara and spent a year studying English and Spanish Philology at Universidade da Coruña.
