David Koch Senior Vice President Client Services
David Koch serves as the Senior Vice President of Client Services at PSG. In this role, he leads PSG’s Healthcare Division, which he has managed since its inception. David is responsible for shaping the strategic vision of the division and spearheading its growth. He oversees client service delivery for PSG’s largest client, supported by a robust Client Services team in the U.S. and in partnership with the Operations team in the Philippines.

Before joining PSG, David Koch spent 13 years with Accenture and IBM in various roles. His responsibilities included the transformation of operating models, restructuring organizations, outsourcing, and process and IT transformation across multiple industries. This extensive experience has equipped him with a broad understanding of business operations and client service excellence, which he now applies in his leadership role at PSG.

David Koch holds a Graduate Engineering degree (Dipl. Ing.) in Computer Science from DHBW University in Mannheim, Germany. His academic background in computer science has provided him with a strong technical foundation, which he complements with his experience in business transformation and client service management.
