Previous Work Experience
Before joining PT Pertamina, Chaidir held several engineering positions. He worked as a Junior Electrical Engineer at PT. LAPI ITB from 2015 to 2017, where he contributed to electrical engineering projects. He also completed a management trainee program at CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited for four months in 2017 and interned at Siemens for three months in 2015. These experiences provided him with diverse exposure to the engineering industry.
