Olgha began her career as a Legal Administrator at Gojek in 2017, where she worked for two months in the Greater Jakarta Area. She also gained experience as a Legal Officer at Bizzy Indonesia for seven months in 2017. Her early legal training included an internship at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia in 2016.

In addition to her professional roles, Olgha participated in the Bimbingan Profesi Sarjana (BPS) program at PT Pertamina (Persero) from 2017 to 2018. This program lasted for 11 months and provided her with valuable insights into the legal field within a corporate environment.
