Precious Mornfavour currently holds the position of Head Of Laboratory at PT Pertamina (Persero) since 2022. In this role, she is responsible for ensuring compliance with ISO 17025 standards and overseeing quality assessment processes to maintain operational standards. Prior to this, she served as Senior Group Lead for five years, starting in 2019, and as Senior Engineer from 2017 to 2019. Her tenure at PT Pertamina spans over a decade, beginning as a Process Engineer from 2009 to 2017 in the Refinery Unit 2.

Precious Mornfavour studied Chemical Engineering at the University of Indonesia, where she completed her S1 degree from 2005 to 2009. Additionally, she attended Canisius College (Kolese Kanisius).
