In this role, he coordinates operation production and development projects specifically for the Sumatera Region. His responsibilities include conducting performance evaluations through Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for various projects. He also manages the Company's Budget Plan (RKAP) and Work Plan & Budgeting (WP&B) for the region, ensuring that projects align with financial objectives.
Previous Experience at PERTAMINA EP
Prior to his current role, Ridho Pratama worked at PERTAMINA EP as a G&G Junior Engineer from 2018 to 2021 for three years in Perabumulih, South Sumatra. During this time, he gained valuable experience in geological and geosciences applications within the oil and gas sector. Additionally, he completed a student internship at PERTAMINA EP in 2017, which provided him with hands-on experience in the industry.
Internship Experience at Chevron
In 2017, Ridho Pratama undertook a two-month student internship at Chevron in Rumbai, Indonesia. This internship allowed him to gain insights into the operations of a major oil company and develop practical skills relevant to his field of study.
Education and Expertise
Ridho Pratama earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Geological and Earth Sciences/Geosciences from Institut Teknologi Bandung, where he studied from 2013 to 2017. His academic background provided him with a solid foundation in geosciences, which he applies in his engineering roles. Additionally, he served as the Sedimentology and Stratigraphy Laboratory Assistant Coordinator at the same institution from 2015 to 2016, further enhancing his expertise in geological studies.

Ridho Pratama completed his high school education at Chesar Chavez, where he studied from 2011 to 2012. This educational background laid the groundwork for his pursuit of higher education in the field of geological sciences.
