Rima's career in human resources began at Trans TV, where she worked as a Human Resources Officer from 2009 to 2010. She then joined PT Pertamina (Persero) in various capacities, including BPS Human Resources and Recruiter, before advancing to her current role. Additionally, she worked briefly as a Recruitment Coordinator at Astra Credit Companies in 2010. Her diverse experiences across different organizations have contributed to her expertise in HR management.
Achievements
Rima implemented the Talent Management & Succession Planning Project at PT Pertamina, which focused on establishing a structured Career Path and Succession Planning Process through a web-based system known as The Talent Management Application (TMA). She was also appointed as the State Owned Enterprise’s Ambassador in 2014, reflecting her commitment to fostering collaboration within the State Owned Enterprise Youth Community of Indonesia.
