About Cameryn Lindsay
I am a second year student at the Gabelli School of School at Fordham University studying Finance. I enjoy the organization, challenge, sales and management aspects of business endeavors. As the Chief Financial Officer of my Business PVH project, I learned how to budget, allocate resources and create/analyze a cash flow statement to manage and sustain a start-up business. Collaborating on a consulting team in a competition against 100 teams I emphasize time management as we navigate 40 deliverables in a fast-paced environment. We are creating a comprehensive analysis, identifying an operational issue, and forming an innovative solution for Elite Management Innovators and will present to a panel of judges, analyzing company income statements, balance sheets, 10K reports, earnings press releases, and 10Q reports and calculating the financial projections of our new project and building financial models for presentation to panel of judges. I am passionate about using creativity combined with competitiveness towards a goal of profit, innovation, and raising the quality of people’s lives. My experiences have enhanced and developed my skills in communication, creativity, collaboration, leadership, teamwork and budget management. I will be prepared to pursue my career goals as a lawyer, concentrating on corporate or entertainment law. Working as a lawyer, I look forward to combining many of my skills: writing, communication, reasoning, interacting with people, and collaboration.
