After his time at TRW, he returned to QAD, where he served as Project Manager Sr. from 2002 to 2006. Additionally, he was a Member of the Board of Advisors at Human Edge from 2023 to 2024.

Xavier Prat studied at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, where he earned a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering. His studies spanned from 1990 to 1995, focusing on fluid mechanics, heat and cold transfer, and industrial organization.
