Following that, she was the Management Development Lead in Corporate Learning and Development from 2005 to 2007. Harji also worked as Curriculum Architect and Capability Lead in Learning and Organisational Effectiveness from 2008 to 2013, contributing to various learning and development initiatives.

Rachel has a background in leadership and learning development, having worked as a Leadership and Learning & Development Consultant at Rolls-Royce from 2016 to 2018. She also served as the Leadership and Capabilities Development Manager at National Grid from 2014 to 2016. Her roles have involved designing and implementing leadership frameworks and developing learning cultures within organizations.

Rachel Harji studied at the University of Nottingham, where she earned a BA(Hons) in Industrial Economics and French, achieving a 2:1 classification from 1992 to 1996. Additionally, she attended Ecole supérieure de Commerce de Rennes, where she studied International Business and obtained a BA Hons in International Business from 1994 to 1995. Her educational background supports her expertise in learning and development.
