He studied at University College Dublin, where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Maths and Economics from 1997 to 2001. He then completed a Master's Degree in Mathematical Modelling at Loughborough University from 2004 to 2005. Wynne also pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Mathematical Modelling applied to Neuroscience at the University of Bristol, although this program remains incomplete.
