Her experience includes working as a Global People and Culture Partner at ForwardPMX from 2017 to 2020, where she contributed to enhancing workplace culture and employee engagement.
Educational Background
Emma studied at the University of Hertfordshire, where she earned a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from 2011 to 2014. She also completed CIPD Level 5 in HR Management from 2017 to 2018, further enhancing her expertise in human resources and organizational development. Additionally, she achieved the International Baccalaureate at JESS in Dubai from 2008 to 2011.
