Ananda conducted weekly meetings with Rolls Royce Engineering managers to discuss resources, workload, project status, and challenges. Additionally, Ananda developed around seven project teams, setting up technical review processes, best practice sessions, and daily hurdles. Ananda also represented internal and external customers for budget forecasts, team competency reviews, and candidate interviews.
Project Leadership and Mentorship
Ananda S has owned the project maturity for the complete Product Definition Program, which includes overseeing seven project leaders and 25 projects. Ananda served as the Single Point of Contact (SPC) for the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for the Product Structure Control team. Ananda also mentored colleagues and acted as an internal auditor, successfully completing the AS9100 audit with zero non-conformities. Further responsibilities included heading the PLM Team Center for the Rolls Royce center and interacting with RR/HP counterparts, as well as being the delegated owner for resource ramp-up as required.
