Current Role and Responsibilities
Anil Koshy provides Organizational Change Management support and guidance across HR at QuEST Global. He leads Crisis Communication for Europe in consultation with the central team and drives the Succession Planning Program for the region. Anil overlooks and runs PF operations for Poland, Romania, Sweden, France, and Ireland, while ensuring the Romania PF team adheres to policy and process compliance. Additionally, he manages the HRSS Transition across Europe, moving tasks to India from countries like Germany, UK, Italy, Spain, and Romania, and tracks EU HR budget expenditure with a focus on publishing periodic reporting dashboards. He also works on enhancing HR and TA Reporting Dashboards, focusing on metrics such as Headcount, Pyramid Index, Attrition, and Furlough.
Previous Experience
Anil Koshy has extensive experience working across various companies. He served at the NHRD Bangalore Chapter as a member of the Young Advisory Board (YAB) from 2019 to 2021. Anil worked at MAK Plywood Industries Pvt Ltd as an HR & Admin Executive from 2016 to 2018 and held a Recruiter role at Larsen & Toubro Infotech Ltd. for three months in 2016.
Educational Background
Anil Koshy has a well-rounded educational background in Human Resources and related fields. He earned a PG Certificate Programme in Strategic Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Management Tiruchirappalli from 2020 to 2021. Previously, he completed an Executive Development Program in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration at XLRI Jamshedpur from 2017 to 2018. Anil holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources from Bangalore University, completed between 2014 and 2016. He also holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from Bharathiar University, obtained from 2011 to 2014. His early education includes a High School diploma in Humanities from Kendriya Vidyalaya, which he attended from 2005 to 2011.
