Kallol Chakraborty has a comprehensive educational background. He earned a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on HR from Punjab Technical University. He also holds a Bachelor's degree from Delhi University. Additionally, he completed a PGDCA (A-Level) in Computer Science from the National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology (NIELIT) from 1999 to 2001. His extensive education has equipped him with expertise in both human resources and computer science.

He has primarily worked in product engineering services and engineering research and development (ER&D) for large global organizations. His extensive background in software and product engineering areas has given him a robust understanding of diverse verticals.
