Throughout his career, Mahesh Hiware has been actively engaged in significant engineering projects. Notably, he played a key role in preparing the data exchange schedule and Division of Work (DoW) for the 2*660 MW Van Phong-1 project under a consortium agreement. He was responsible for scrutinizing documents and schedules submitted by B&V, ensuring alignment with the consortium schedule, and commenting on open-ended activities and their durations. His responsibilities included developing the construction scope and main frame body for subcontracting for TPSC, and managing the approval process for project drawings as per the project schedule.
Professional Contributions and Meetings
Mahesh Hiware actively participated in meetings with various departments such as KaPu and KaIC. He was responsible for preparing the Minutes of Meeting (MOM) and ensuring all discussions were accurately documented.
