Before joining QuEST Global, Mansi Malhotra worked at Bombardier Transportation in various capacities. She was appointed as an Onboard Team Leader for three months in 2020 and as a Scrum Master from 2019 to 2020 for 10 months. From 2016 to 2019, she served as a Sub System Test Engineer. Prior to Bombardier, she was at HCL Technologies for several years, where she started as a Graduate Software Trainee from 2011 to 2013 and later worked as a Software Engineer from 2013 to 2015.
Education and Degrees
Mansi Malhotra completed her Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from Punjab Technical University between 2011 and 2013. Before that, she earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Maharshi Dayanand University Rohtak, graduating in 2011. She accomplished her S.S.C.E with an 80% score from Modern School, Faridabad in 2007 and also attended Modern School from 1999 to 2005. Additionally, she studied at DAV Public School, Paschim Vihar, from 1993 to 1999.
Technical Skills and Expertise
Mansi has extensive experience in writing test specifications using DOORS and hands-on expertise with the EN50128 standard and ERTMS levels L0, L1, and L2. She utilizes a variety of automation testing tools like VSTS (Visual Studio 2013), Microsoft Test Manager (MTM), and QTP, and is proficient with accessibility testing tools such as NVDA, Color Contrast, Windows Speech Recognition, Magnifier, High Contrast, and Voice Over. Additionally, she holds skills in performance testing using Fiddler and VSTS and has experience with various bug tracking tools including Product Studio, Clear Quest, TFS, GSG, PM Smart, MTM, Rational Team Concert (RTC), and CM Synergy.
Project Leadership and Test Activities
In her professional journey, Mansi Malhotra has mentored and trained the V&V team, leading various test activities. She has conducted continuous integration testing for embedded on-board systems and managed requirement coverage, test activities, and test deliverables throughout the software product development lifecycle.
