Ravikumar Srinivasan has handled program management for the implementation of HRMS for a leading public sector bank with a nationwide presence. He also piloted and implemented Management Information Systems (MIS) for the Dairy and Animal Husbandry sectors, enhancing dairy productivity and establishing statewide tracking and monitoring systems to manage outbreaks of diseases in livestock effectively.
