Before joining QuEST, Sundararajan Viswanathan held several key roles in esteemed organizations. He was the Director and an Outstanding Scientist at the Gas Turbine Research Establishment (GTRE), a part of the Defence Research and Development Organization (DRDO) in Bangalore, from 2102 to 2003. Additionally, he served as the Advisor, Technology at Honeywell Technology Solutions from 2003 to 2009, also based in Bangalore. These positions have equipped him with extensive expertise and experience, particularly in the aerospace technology field.
Educational Background
Sundararajan Viswanathan has a strong educational foundation in both aeronautical engineering and mathematics. He earned his Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Aeronautical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science between 1971 and 1973. Prior to that, he completed his Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Aeronautical Engineering from the Madras Institute of Technology, Anna University, Chennai, from 2097 to 2101. Additionally, he holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Mathematics from Madras University, which he obtained between 2094 and 2098.
