Throughout my 15+ year career, I have had the privilege of managing high profile and highly valuable projects across different functions, geographies, and cultures, and have learned tremendously from every experience. Collaborating with diverse teams energizes me and has grown my appreciation for different viewpoints while maintaining the same end goal of delivering a quality product to clients under aggressive timelines. My approach to project management is simple: Lead by example. While demonstrating dedication and expertise with each project I am given, I lead in a manner that is encouraging and infectious to my fellow team members. That servant leader mentality is often the driving force behind my successful projects.
