About Tim Kuptz, Crs

RE/MAX Advantage, Motto Mortgage One , TeamKUPTZ real estate sales, Tim Kuptz & Team Property Management, and Community Redevelopers - are all business operations in the Kuptz Community of Businesses. I've been a Nevada resident since 1978. I moved to Southern Nevada in 1984 at age sixteen. I graduated from Clark High School, attended UNLV and Arizona State University until the sudden death of my father. His death propelled me to move home and get into real estate supporting my mom in her business in 1992. Now into my 3rd decade of working the real estate space, my passion is still is still high and my interests cover all things residential real estate. I'm married to the girl I met in college and we have 2 fantastic sons. We are a sports family where our sons play both football and lacrosse. Not one to stand on the sidelines, I coach middle school lacrosse 9 months of the year. Kids are my soft spot and I hold my position of influence as a coach in high regard. I also donate time with Junior Achievement (in class education of money and business) and money to charities supporting disadvantage kids. Being with my family experiencing lacrosse, football, camping, wine, and cars are what I look forward to most outside of work. In business, I'm honored to be 2018 Dean of Nevada REALTORs Leadership program; developing people and their leadership potential is a personal mission of mine. I'm the Broker/Owner of my RE/MAX office and have been honored by RE/MAX Corporate as being a top Broker in the network - achieving high agent productivity, community involvement, and compliance. RE/MAX Advantage is the oldest RE/MAX franchise in Nevada. MottoMortgage ONE is #1 for the network in Nevada. TeamKUPTZ consistently serves fifty to sixty buyers and sellers each year. Tim Kuptz & Team Property Management serves more than 200 owners and 310 properties. It's my pleasure to serve. ## My mission is to have a positively profound impact on the people around me.
