About Tim Havelka, Cas
I'm a sales and marketing professional with over 25 years’ experience. In fact, my first sales job was right out of college, so I've pretty much done this all of my life. I was promoted into sales management when I was just 26 in the office equipment business, where I learned firsthand how to herd cats and get results. I also had the opportunity to work in operations with a seven year run at a small business (50 employees), where I created the corporate structure, managed 400% growth, and directed sales, operations and finance. I have spent the last 10+ years in multifamily where I have grown from sales into management by achieving goals and focusing on team building. I consider myself results-oriented with strengths in analytics and creating a positive, collaborative team environment. I believe in a work-life balance and put family before anything. My primary focus is to help my team members achieve their career and personal goals. When I'm at home I enjoy doing DIY projects around the house like building things, organizing and electrical (220, 221, whatever it takes). We like to travel. We try to get away at least one every two or three months even if it’s a quick weekend trip. I enjoy red wine and Cuban cigars and am a bit of a gamer when I get time.
