Prior to his current position, Nir Golan worked at Elevate Services as Managing Director and Head of Solutions from 2020 to 2022. He led the solutioning team, which was responsible for designing and building transformative tech-enabled solutions for law departments and law firms. His leadership contributed to the development of innovative strategies that addressed the evolving needs of legal professionals.
Legal Background and Expertise
Nir Golan has a strong background in legal operations, innovation, and digitalization within technology companies. He has served as General Counsel and Head of Global Legal Operations at Attenti from 2019 to 2020. Additionally, he has experience as Senior Counsel for Global Tech Transactions, Strategic Alliances, and M&A at Goldfarb Seligman from 2013 to 2016. His legal expertise encompasses tech and M&A law, particularly for innovation-based companies.
Educational Qualifications
Nir Golan studied at the International School of Brussels from 1984 to 1993. He earned a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in Commercial and Corporate Law from The College of Management Academic Studies between 1999 and 2003. He furthered his education by obtaining an International Executive Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Corporate and Commercial Law from Tel Aviv University in collaboration with the University of California at Berkeley (Boalt Hall) from 2006 to 2008.
