Kristen N. Green's extensive career includes positions at various organizations before joining REDF. She worked as Operations Administrator at Chrysalis Los Angeles in 2016 for eight months. At Gronemeier & Associates-Law Firm, she was the Director of Outreach & Research from 2015 to 2016. Between 2013 and 2015, Kristen served as Program Coordinator for Mentorships, Summer Academy, & Alumni Association at South Central Scholars. She also held the position of Lead Intern for the USC-SCS Summer Academy in 2013.
