In 2022, he briefly held the position of Chief of Staff for seven months and was the Vice President of Operations America for four months in 2021.

Before joining REEF, Ryan Nielsen worked at Caesars Entertainment, Inc. as a General Manager for six months in 2014 in Las Vegas, Nevada. He also served as General Manager at Turnberry from 2017 to 2020 for three years in Aventura, FL. His experience in nightlife includes roles at Faena Group, where he was the Nightlife & Bars Director for five months in 2017 and the Director of Nightlife from 2015 to 2017 in Miami Beach, Florida. Additionally, he worked as Director of Outlets at the Mondrian Hotel South Beach in 2015 and as Food & Beverage Director at ESTEFAN ENTERPRISES, INC from 2010 to 2014.
