Additionally, he served as a Senior Consultant at Asset Performance Networks from 2013 to 2020 in the Amsterdam Area, Netherlands.
Education and Expertise
Leon Van Hout studied at Fontys University of Applied Sciences, where he earned a Bachelor of Economics with a focus on Management Information Systems from 1988 to 1993. He has over 20 years of experience in business transformation projects across various industries, including Oil & Gas, Chemical, Glass, Food, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Retail. His expertise includes managing multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong multitasking and project management skills.
Community Involvement
In addition to his professional roles, Leon Van Hout is actively involved in community activities. He organizes the Dutch Bitterballen Borrel event in Luxembourg, which fosters networking and community among Dutch expatriates. He also serves as a board member and treasurer at AmbulanzWonsch ASBL, where he contributes to the organization's financial oversight and strategic direction.
