Wu has been instrumental in the acquisition and development of over 4,000 lots across 29 projects in the southeastern United States.

Prior to his current role, Andy Wu held several positions in the real estate and finance sectors. He worked as a Senior Director at Key Property Investing from 2015 to 2016. He also served as an Acquisitions & Investment professional at Altisource from 2016 to 2017. His earlier experience includes a role as a Wealth Management Intern at JP Turner & Company, LLC in 2012 and various positions at Siemens Industry US from 2011 to 2015, where he focused on finance, sales, project management, and operations.

Andy Wu holds multiple degrees in business and finance. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting and Finance from Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business, graduating in 2013. He then completed two Master of Business Administration (MBA) degrees, one from Kennesaw State University in 2016 and another from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2018.
