I am an experienced C-suite executive and board director with more than 20 years of leadership experience, building, launching and re-imagining businesses of all sizes and industry verticals. For many years, I have been a trusted advisor to capital providers and a portfolio of young technology companies from across North America. I provide authentic counsel and hands-on expertise to assist their mission to scale and succeed. I am a strategic architect who drives business forward, leveraging the power of digitization, while bringing discipline to ambiguous situations. In pragmatic terms that means remaining laser focused on delivering results and building long-term brand value for portfolio leaders and companies. I hold an MBA and LL.B. from the University of Western. I am also a graduate of the Institute of Corporate Directors program at Rotman School of Management and the private board governance program of Canadian Venture Capital and Private Equity Association.
