Snehah Gengatharan possesses extensive knowledge of Interactive Intelligence’s CIC platform and has hands-on experience with Acme Packet (Oracle) Session Border Controller. Gengatharan is proficient in the installation and configuration of devices from various manufacturers, including Audiocodes, Sonus, Dialogic, and Sangoma. Additionally, Gengatharan has a strong background in VoIP troubleshooting, including log analysis, tracing, and packet captures, as well as familiarity with analog, TDM (E1), and SIP technologies.
