She also served as an Assistant Professor and Training and Placement Coordinator at Ashoka Business School from 2016 to 2018. Additionally, she held positions at Sapkal Knowledge Hub and Universal College of Management, contributing to academic programs and student development in the Nashik area.

Vishakha holds multiple degrees and certifications in various fields. She completed her MBA and B.Sc. in Production & Materials Management and Physics from Savitribai Phule Pune University. She also achieved a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Organizational Behavior from SYMBIOSIS INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY. Furthermore, she has pursued certifications in HR Analytics from the Indian Institute of Management Rohtak and has studied Neuro Linguistic Programming and Hypnotherapy at David J Lincoln International.

Her leadership experience extends to her role as Head of Learning and Development at SMBT Group of Institutions from 2021 to 2022.
