Victor Darolfi is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of RoboTire. Taking his vision forward, he launched RoboTire in October 2018. Under Darolfi’s leadership, the company has introduced a revolutionary tire-changing system that reduces the typical duration of this process to under 25 minutes, showcasing significant improvements in efficiency, safety, and operations within the automotive service industry.
RoboTire System Launch at Detroit Garage
RoboTire marked its first retail operation in its hometown by installing its automated tire-changing system at Detroit Garage, a customer-focused tire shop in Plymouth, located at 33939 Plymouth Road in Livonia, MI. This initiative reflects RoboTire’s commitment to the innovation, manufacturing, and automotive excellence that Motor City is known for. The Detroit Garage has a history of nearly 10 years of adopting new technologies to better serve its clients.
Expansion and Future Plans of RoboTire
Post the Michigan debut, RoboTire has expanded to locations in Arizona, Pennsylvania, and Texas, with additional launches in the U.S. and Canada planned. Notably, RoboTire has paired up with Newlab Detroit, a collaborative technology hub in Michigan Central’s Book Depository, offering guidance and mentorship to startups focusing on mobility innovations. By early 2024, RoboTire will join other companies at Michigan Central to advance automotive technology, emphasizing the company's expansive future roadmap.
