After choosing to step off the corporate ladder at 40, I struggled as an entrepreneur because I couldn't get clear on who I was. Fear stopped me from believing in the value of my message, stepping out to be seen or heard, so I had to return to the workforce. That experience is the catalyst for the work being done today. I created, and Host, a TV show (with zero background in Broadcasting) to connect the career challenges that drove me to step off the ladder, to the services and solutions provided by women entrepreneurs. It was a platform for their voices to be seen, found, and heard. It evolved into coaching and teaching women the "what" and "how's" of personal and business growth, to better position and promote themselves as the experts they are. With 20+ years in Manufacturing, in leadership positions for multiple Fortune 500 companies, most of my professional career focused on designing and implementing people & process solutions that saved time and money, increased efficiencies and engagement, enhanced leadership behaviours and achieved organizational goals. Mindset is key to belief becoming greater than fear, that creates the courageous actions that grow confidence needed to achieve desired results.
