Katie Buck is an accomplished and results-oriented sales professional with seven years of experience, highly regarded for establishing partnerships, generating revenue, and creating innovative solutions to complex business problems. In her spare time, Katie has focused her passion for inspiring people to build The Ladr, an organization and community directed at empowering women in the workforce. In trying to find mentorship back in 2016, the idea came to her that there should be a much easier way to find powerful women that she was able to approach and work with. After years of sitting on the idea, The Ladr was finally born in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic when community and mentorship seemed more important than ever. She believes that all women should have support, mentorship, and training that is easily accessible.
