I am a Partner at Rutila, Seibt & Nash PLLC. Our firm is a general business and litigation law firm, focusing on providing superior legal services to clients requiring assistance on issues ranging from commercial/construction disputes to white collar criminal matters. Areas of law in which I have a unique expertise include the handling of complex construction issues, commercial disputes (including landlord/tenant disputes), creditor’s rights, real estate, banking and Americans with Disabilities Act premises actions. I also have a unique expertise in representing both multi-state and community banking organizations along with insurance companies in matters as diverse as loan foreclosures, bankruptcy actions and defense of the insured. I currently maintain licenses to practice law in both Arizona and California and routinely practice in both their local and federal courts. I am a native Phoenician and an alumnus of Brophy College Preparatory. I carry a 2 handicap and am a proud graduate of the University of Michigan. Go Blue! I attended law school at Santa Clara University and practiced in the Bay Area before returning to the Valley of the Sun in 1999. In my free time, you will find me either on the golf course or at many local Michigan alumni events as I am a member of both its national and local alumni associations. I also volunteer on the Fiesta Bowl Committee, having been a committee member and proud "yellow jacket" since 2008. I have a wife, Charlene, three great step-children, and a 2 year-old son, William Patrick. William is already giving me a run for my money on the golf (putt putt) course.
