He then joined Ericsson, where he worked for 12 years in various roles, including Software Designer, Manager, and Senior Liaison Officer, primarily in Stockholm and Linköping, Sweden. His experience includes managing cross-cultural teams and projects, particularly between Sweden and India.

Antony co-founded AuraMind Technologies AB and Appsoft Sweden AB, focusing on software solutions such as ERP, CRM, E-commerce, and web applications.
