Prior to this, he was a Research Leader at RISE SICS Västerås AB from 2015 to 2018 and served as Deputy CEO from 2012 to 2015. Before his current roles, Cedergren worked at Bombardier Transportation AB as a Reglersystemutvecklare from 2002 to 2006. He also founded and served as CEO of Prindit, a company focused on team performance, from 2015 to 2019. Additionally, he was an Industrial PhD Student at Level21 from 2006 to 2010 and held various academic positions at Mälardalen University, including Affiliated Researcher and Associate Senior Lecturer.
Educational Background
Cedergren holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Applied Physics and Electrical Engineering from Linköping University, which he completed from 1998 to 2003. He also studied Business Administration at Mälardalen University, earning 75 ECTS credits in 2004. Furthermore, he participated in Executive Education at the Stockholm School of Economics, focusing on Organizational Leadership and Leadership through Personal Development from 2016 to 2017.
