I have led teams in all aspects of the semiconductor industry from research, patent generation, chip design, fab construction and IC manufacturing, IP product development and licensing, new business creation, and M&A. I am known for my ability to recruit, inspire, and lead loyal, world-class technology teams to meet commitments and deliver to customers. My passion for navigating complex challenges with talented teams has given me the opportunity to learn and contribute across multiple technologies and industry segments, as well as to develop lasting and diverse relationships worldwide. With progressive roles held at Hewlett-Packard, Agilent, PMC-Sierra, and more recently Rambus, I have provided strong technical leadership and business acumen that excels in delivering within incubator environments as well as large, global organizations. Key to my success has been my innate ability to gain the trust, credibility, and buy-in of highly technical talent. Seasoned in developing emerging technologies as well as navigating the complex challenges faced in optimizing results in mature technologies, I have been repeatedly successful in leading people through challenging times while ensuring that the inventive, entrepreneurial spirit is maintained.
