Educational Background
David Nolen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Park University achieved between 2006 and 2013. He also earned two Associate's Degrees from the Community College of the Air Force, one in Emergency Management from 1992 to 1998, and another in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from 2010 to 2011. Additionally, he attended the DOL Employment Workshop in 1970.
