Notably, he led a team of 25 engineers and technologists in designing, testing, and qualifying a fully custom embedded weapon controller. His responsibilities included overseeing all technical aspects, ranging from the mechanical housing and circuit board concepts to ASIC development. He also played a key role in negotiating initial customer requirements and scoping a $130M project. Furthermore, he mentors new and early-career engineers and contributes to Sandia's internal and DOE-wide training programs.
