Jessica Glover serves as the HR & Business Manager for the APAC region at SANS Institute since 2019. In this role, she leads a team responsible for delivering HR projects on time and within budget. She manages the engagement survey and collaborates with managers to build and execute action plans. Additionally, she oversees the workload, work quality, performance, and development of the Office Manager and HR Coordinator. Jessica ensures the effective delivery of key cyclical people programs, including performance management, learning and development, remuneration and benefits, and employee engagement.

She was an HR Consultant at Shearwater Solutions from 2015 to 2018, where she focused on HR strategies in Sydney, Australia. Following that, she served as an HR Business Partner at Bluestone APAC for one year in 2018-2019. Earlier in her career, she was an HR Assistant and Events Coordinator at Readify from 2013 to 2015, where she gained valuable experience in HR operations and event management.
Educational Background in Human Resources
Jessica Glover studied Human Resource Management at the Australian HR Institute, where she achieved a Certificate 5 in 2017. Her education in HR provided her with essential skills and knowledge applicable to her roles in the field. Additionally, she studied at Oakhill College, where she completed her Higher School Certificate (HSC) from 2006 to 2008. Currently, she is pursuing studies in Project Management at PM Partners, focusing on Project Management Fundamentals since 2019.

Jessica Glover began her career in various roles that contributed to her HR expertise. Prior to that, she was an Office Manager and Event Ticket Designer at Inhouse Express from 2010 to 2012 in Sydney, Australia. In her role at SANS Institute, Jessica Glover is responsible for supporting managers in recruiting and selecting talent. She assists in the development and integration of HR policies and maintains high standards of data integrity by preparing monthly People Metrics reports. Jessica conducts research to identify problematic situations and find root causes, and she also conducts and collates learnings from exit interviews to improve organizational practices.
