Pawel Mania currently serves as the Research, Evidence and MEAL Lead at Save the Children UK, a position he has held since 2021. In this role, he focuses on enhancing the organization's research and evidence capabilities within the Humanitarian Leadership Academy. Prior to this, he worked as the Senior MEAL Manager for Humanitarian Capacity Building at Save the Children UK from 2018 to 2021, where he contributed to the development and implementation of monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning strategies.

Pawel Mania has a diverse educational background. He earned a BA in Sociology from the University of Gdansk from 2002 to 2006. He then pursued further studies at the University of Copenhagen, obtaining an MA in Sociology of Education in 2007. He continued his education at the University of Sussex, where he completed an MA in International Education and Development in 2010. Additionally, he obtained an MRS Diploma in Market and Social Research from the Market Research Society in 2017.
