Prior to that, she served as Regional Executive Director for MediCal Strategy and Operations from 2015 to 2018, and as Executive Director of Community-Clinical Care Integration from 2014 to 2015. Her tenure at Kaiser Permanente included a focus on improving health care delivery for vulnerable populations.

Sarita Mohanty has an extensive educational background. She earned her MD from Boston University School of Medicine and an MPH from Harvard University. Additionally, she holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
