About Jon Jurva
Jon advises foundations, endowments, insurance companies, family offices, and other institutional investors in making, monitoring and exiting private equity, real estate, venture capital, hedge fund and other alternative investments, including co-investments and sales on the secondary market. Working with general partners and limited partners, he counsels clients on the formation and operation of various private investment funds and funds of funds, including key person events and management transitions. Jon also represents public and private companies on mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions. In addition to his corporate practice, Jon serves as Finland’s Honorary Consul in Chicago, promoting commercial, economic and cultural relations between Chicago and Finland, and helping Finnish citizens with respect to consular matters.
