About Alexis Glick
I was the first woman to run a bulge bracket Investment Banking business for Morgan Stanley on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). I helped build and lead the largest cable news network launch in history, Fox Business, and I recently built and led the largest public-private partnership between the NFL, America's Dairy Farmers, all 32 NFL teams, Fortune 500 companies, and 3 Federal Agencies in support of 40 million school-age kids. For over two decades I have built and led highly successful businesses in a variety of industries all of which were in start-up, turnaround, and rapid change environments. I am a speaker, thought-leader, and advisor on issues impacting the global economy, financial markets, and ESG, and I am an expert on Gen Z and Gen Alpha. My passion is to create meaningful change, drive societal impact, and help women, students and business leaders thrive. I am a strategic advisor to CEOs for some of the largest multinational, Fortune 500 companies helping them tackle the board room, investor relations, their ‘purpose,' alignment around their ESG goals, and how to deepen their 'fan to brand' strategy with their internal teams and their consumers. I coach CEOs and C-Suite leaders on financial matters, strategy, business development, media relations, and crisis management, and professional athletes on social media, branding and public speaking. I am a sought-after contributor to many national and international news programs providing my perspective on global business topics of importance, the financial markets, CEO leadership trends, and the health and well-being of this next generation. Previously, I was a senior media executive at Fox News where I helped launch the Fox Business Network and co-anchored 'Money for Breakfast' and anchored 'The Opening Bell,' prior to that, I was a National Correspondent and co-anchor of NBC’s 'Today Show,' and Senior Trading Correspondent and co-anchor for CNBC’s 'Squawk Box.' While at Morgan Stanley I oversaw the firm's trading operations, brokerage business, hardware and order management systems on the NYSE, and represented Morgan Stanley on television (CNBC, CNN, Bloomberg, NBC, ABC and CBS). Prior to leading the NYSE, I managed the banks, broker dealers, and insurance business for Morgan Stanley's Institutional Equity Business, ranking #1 or #2 in the industry and was among the firm's highest producers. I have executed corporate buybacks, IPO's and secondaries. Series 7, 63 and 3 certified. I graduated from Columbia University, am the proud mother of four children and a sports fanatic.
