I am an enthusiastic leader with a perspective gained through a variety of leadership roles within non-profit organizations, small business, turn-around situations, venture capital backed start-up businesses, and Fortune 500 consumer products companies. I have the ability to inspire others, both inside and outside my organization, to achieve common goals while working in a collaborative and open environment. My balanced experience has been gained as a result of successes within a variety of leadership positions, industries, organizational sizes, and structures.
