About Hassib Amini, PhD
I lead a team of engineers and technicians that work on testing and qualification of new media designs in disk drives. We collaborate with a larger cross-functional organization with expertise in material science, thin film fabrication, modeling, and program management to help deliver best-in-class products for Seagate. Specifically, my team is responsible for magnetic recording testing, test development, recording physics understanding, data analysis, and design feedback to the media development team.
