From 1999 to 2020, she was the Director of Diversity Talent Inclusion & Development, where she focused on enhancing diversity within the organization. Prior to this role, she worked as an SCC Producer from 2000 to 2002. During her tenure, she produced over 20 Urban Twist revues and notable shows, including The Second City’s Black History Month Show and The Break Out Comedy Festival in partnership with NBC.
