Jeff Ladouceur has an extensive academic background. He studied Finance and earned an MBA from Penn State University from 1999 to 2001. He earned a certification in Executive Business Management from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in 1996. He holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Notre Dame, which he completed from 1988 to 1992.

Jeff Ladouceur began his career as an officer in the U.S. Navy, where he led a program to digitize inventory management onboard naval vessels. This early experience in the military provided him with leadership and technical skills that have been valuable throughout his career.
