Michael Beattie currently serves as the Managing Director, President Advisors' Inner Circle Funds, Investment Manager Services Division at SEI in Oaks, PA. In his role, he oversees a $95 billion '40 Act platform that services mutual funds, ETFs, and closed-end funds. He is the primary SEI liaison with the Advisors’ Inner Circle Funds (AIC) Board of Trustees, ensuring full program transparency and coordination. He leads the client service model, focused on supporting AIC and ETF clients.
Career at SEI
Michael Beattie has had a longstanding career at SEI, beginning in 1990 as a Fund Accountant. Over the years, he has held various positions including Supervisor, Manager, and Director within the Fund Accounting & Administration division in Wayne, PA. Transitioning to Oaks, PA, he worked as Account Director, Relationship Manager, and later as Director and Relationship Manager until 2011. His roles have focused on fund accounting, client service, and relationship management.
Educational Background
Michael Beattie earned his Bachelor of Science (BS) in Economics from Lehigh University, where he studied from 1984 to 1988. He continued his education at Saint Joseph's University, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance, General, from 1996 to 1999. His educational background has provided him with a strong foundation in finance and economics, supporting his extensive career in the investment management industry.
