She served as Managing Director, Business Accelerator at LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) from 2021 to 2022 and had a similar role at Refinitiv from 2020 to 2021. Additionally, she was the MD, Global Head of Risk Managed Services at Refinitiv in 2019. At Thomson Reuters, she held various pivotal roles, including Managing Director, Africa (2015-2018), Head of Africa, Financial and Risk (2013-2015), and Global Head of Product, Program, and Technology, Media in 2013.

Career Beginnings and Early Roles
Sneha Shah began her professional career as a Commodities Trader on the Wheat and Soybean Desk at Cargill from 1997 to 2000. She focused on commodity trading in Johannesburg, South Africa. Prior to that, she worked as an Officer and FX Dealer at CFC Bank Ltd in Nairobi, Kenya, from 1995 to 1997, managing foreign exchange transactions.
Education
Sneha Sanghrajka Shah attained her BA (Hons) in Politics with International Studies from the University of Warwick, where she studied from 1991 to 1994. This academic foundation has supported her extensive career in various executive and leadership roles.
